July 2020 Summer Outfits – RedDress, Express, & More!

I am delighted to share some of the outfits that I styled this month as well as some items that are on my wishlist with everyone! Summer is one of my favorite seasons to dress up in and although I haven’t been going out nearly as much as I have last summer (& FYI when I do go out I take precautions such as using a mask & hand-sanitizer, hanging outdoors rather than indoors, staying with smaller groups, & keeping my distance instead of getting too close or hugging, and I suggest you do the same to slow the spread of COVID-19) I still get super excited for some good summer fashion.

I first wanted to share the 4 new pieces that I got from RedDress, one of my new favorite boutiques for afforable dressing & clothing.

My first and favorite piece is the Take It To Heart Light Blue Multi Print Dress. This is the cutest charming little dress! This smocked dress features a ruffle square neckline, tie shoulder straps, and an alternating polka dot print on its fitted & flattering bodice. You can dress this versatile piece up or down!

Next up is the Summer In Santorini Pink Multi Print Skirt – a glorious magical little skirt. I love the 3 tiers of gorgeous floral prints – perfect for summer! This skirt also comes in an orange variation that I can’t wait to hopefully get my hands as well.

This is the Santorini Romance Pink Multi Romper. I am wearing the pink but it also comes in lilac as well. This is such a fun piece with such pretty pastel water colors! The tie belt is flattering, the straps are adjustable & there is a zipper. This is perfect for a beautiful, fun summer day! I have not had the chance to wear this one out yet, but I am excited to do so!

This is the Blur The Lines Spiral Tie Dye Sweatshirt. I’ve been obsessed with comfy clothes & tie-dye prints lately, so it is no surpise that I instantly fell in love with this! I have been bascially living in this. It’s perfect for hanging around the house or for a cooler summer day or a chilly night. It also comes in a bunch of other Tie Dye variations, but I am wearing the Dreamcicle one.

Here are some more pieces that I wore recently that not only were cute for the summer, but would also be perfect for transitioning into the Fall when September comes around.

This Wide-Cute Dress from H&M makes for a perfect conservative & comfortable outfit for summer. The light pink floral pattern is gorgeous & the fabric is airy. Featuring ruffled trims, long balloon sleeves, puff at shoulders, and a low-cut opening in the back with narrow ties. The gathered seams at the waist and hips for a flattering look. I paired this dress with my classic Jack Rogers Sandals (they have been a staple in my summer wardrobe for years now due to them matching everything and being so comfortable) and my White Super Mini GG Marmont Bag which is the perfect summer bag & fits all of my essentials!

This Leopard Print Smocked Ruffle Romper from Express is perfect for a summer hang out! I love the print and even though it looks like a dress it’s actually a romper! Not only is it super chic, it is also super comfortable and flattering. I paired it with my favorite Anne Klein Lalima Platform Sandals, they go with so much & are so comfortable! I am wearing the Black variation, but they also come in a gorgeogus Light Pink shade as well.

Here I am wearing the Walker Baker Floral Ruffle Mini Skirt with the Walter Baker Daiton Top out to dinner. I also found a dress in the same pattern if you’re not crazy about the set, but I personally liked the set as I can mix & match the pieces to get more outfits out of them.

Although this looks like a dress, it is actually a shirt & skirt set! You can wear the pieces seperate or together, which I love as you can combine it different ways for more outfits! These are also great pieces to transition into the fall. While I can no longer find a link for the skirt, the top is on sale at Current Air & Mixology.

Lastly, here are some pieces that are currently on my wishlist:

I will be sharing some more summer style & transition into fall fashion in the next month so stay tuned for more and please feel free to comment if you have any requests that you would like to see on the blog!
