East Coast girl ventures to the West Coast – My trip to California August 2019
This August, I went with one of my closest friends to California to celebrate her birthday! We spent the first few days in Napa Valley, and then went to San Francisco. Back to School w/ VS Pink
I wanted to get some cute but comfy clothes for the upcoming semester, so I went to VS PINK as I usually do when getting ready for back to school. VS PINK always has such adorable, trendy pieces to create outfits with! My favorite part of VS PINK’s clothes besides how stylish they are is that they are made from super soft materials and flattering on me. The first thing that I wanted to share with you are these Flannel Sleep Boxy shorts. They sell for $19.95 each or you can get or 2/$28 ($14 each) or 3/$36 ($12 a pair)! I think these are an amazing price for someone on a budget, especially…

Winc is a winery that is revolutionizing the way you discover wine. I was introduced to Winc when they reached out to me offering me the chance to try some of their wines in exchange for promotion. Winc believes that the experience of getting a great bottle of wine should be as simple as enjoying one. I got a fetish… Pat McGrath’s Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Foundation
I’m a first-timer when it comes to trying Pat McGrath. I was very excited when I found out that I would be recieving their product complimentary for testing and promotional purposes, as I heard such positive things about this brand and finally had the opportunity to see what all the hype is about for myself. I’ll start off by saying while this product was different from my expectations, it did not disappoint. This foundation is described as “a long-wearing, customizable foundation that builds from sheer to medium coverage in a wide range of universal hues that manifest the ultimate sublime skin standard” on Sephora’s website. It is also worth noting…

Candlefish Candles – Scents Crafted in Charleston
I usually always have a candle lit when I am hanging out in my apartment. I love how they give off a refined scent, making my home smell good for myself and any visitors. In my opinion, candles make a more welcoming atmosphere (think about when you walk into a restaurant or shop with a lit candle). It’s always such a pleasure to light a candle when you come home from work or when you are trying to relax. Some even believe that lighting candles can have other positive benefits, such as an increase in focus and positive feelings while also decreasing stress. Certain scents even bring me back to…

The Governors Ball Music Festival 2019: Good times, music, eats, & more.
Governors Ball is basically the Coachella for NYC peeps. Governors Ball is comprised of 3 different days (Friday, May 31st -Sunday, June 2nd) and different acts perform each day. This year, I decided to go to The Governors Ball Music Festival on only Saturday. This is my 6th year going. I used to only do one day when I first started to attend, but for the past 2 years I did all 3 days. I honestly would feel so tired and dead by the 3rd day, so this year I decided to only go one day – Saturday. I also liked the line-up for Saturday the most and had the…
